When I ordered baby bedding for my future grandaughter I was told it was on back order and an expected shipping time was told to me. A partial shipment was made and the balance was to be shipped upon production. Baby Browns kept me informed of the progress, not only giving me shipping dates, but also tracking numbers so we were able to know the exact delivery times. The linens were perfect. My daughter said they were even prettier than how she remembered from when she originally chose them. Your customer service was exemplary - I wish other businesses were more like you.
